We Treat to Empower, Not Fix

Have you ever witnessed a moment where everything from the client’s intention, your intuition, and the Divine source aligns? Those are the sessions that stay with us and remind us that energy work is about the trust between you and your client, being present, and finding synchronicity.

Last month, I talked about Hara healing and how it opens the flow of energy and enables people to reconnect with the lessons and intentions of their spirit. This technique is especially healing for those carrying limiting beliefs or old scripts that no longer serve them.

Repairing the Hara is a process that requires deep reflection and introspection from the client.

Recently, I worked on a client’s Hara. She was eager and committed to this process and spent the two weeks between our sessions reflecting on her intentions for Hara healing. When we met the second time, she knew she wanted to change her beliefs and feelings of "not being good enough."

The belief that someone "isn't good enough" often stems from a lack of healthy support in childhood. They might've been told that they weren't good enough by parents, siblings, relatives, teachers, ministers, or other influential adults. This limits a person's beliefs about themselves and stops them from living authentically.

Fortunately, Hara is the perfect technique to empower clients to unlearn harmful beliefs and fully embrace themselves.

When I work with a client to change their belief system, I work in two parts. First, we remove the old belief, and then we infuse the new belief into their chakra system. This is most successful when the client is energized and balanced.

So, when my client came to the session with such clear intentions, I was ready, but I was blown away by just how powerful and unique this treatment ended up being.

Since this was a long-distance client, we had to do the session over the phone, but it in no way lessened the impact or the synchronicity of the session. (I often find that noticing moments of synchronicity is such a meaningful part of energy work.)

In fact, the synchronicity began before either of us picked up the phone! Prior to the call, I chose an oil for her that perfectly matched her intentions.

As we started the treatment, she saw water and felt like she needed a bath. Water symbolizes emotions, and taking a bath is seen as purification, so I grabbed my Young Living Purification Oil. I informed her of my oil choice, and she grabbed her own purification oil.

Normally, I avoid using the Young Living Purification Oil because it can be quite strong and makes me cough. My client has the same issue. But this is the oil I felt I needed to use, and guess what? Neither my client nor I had a single issue. It was the perfect oil for her needs!

After that, I moved on to her chakras. I was working on her heart chakra when I saw a starburst of green light emanating throughout her energy field. At that same time, she saw a heart.

When I reached her knees, I received a nudge that everything was clear. Again, at the same time, she said her knees felt clear. This synchronicity was an amazing thing to witness!

The session was going smoothly, but the clearing did have an unusual pattern. She was cleared from her throat to her knees, but her head and feet still held a murkiness.

I moved to those areas, and I cleared both her head and feet. What stood out to me was her ability to recognize the area I was working on, even though we were 700 miles apart!

This was a remarkable case, and I'm happy and thankful that I was able to walk alongside this client on her journey toward health. That is truly our entire goal as energy practitioners.

We don't cure, fix, or perform magic. We walk with our clients on their journey and empower them to recognize and achieve their full potential.

The next time you’re working on a client’s Hara, pause and notice: what synchronicities are speaking to you? What healing is unfolding?

These are the moments we help our clients see that they were always enough. They’ve always had the power, and we are simply helping them become who they truly are.
