Energy Healing Is More Important Than Ever

The world feels increasingly chaotic. There’s division, war, and unrest. For those of us in the energy healing world, it can feel like the ground beneath us is constantly shifting. In these last few months, I’ve noticed just how much this collective instability affects people’s individual energy systems and amplifies their existing wounds, limiting beliefs, or unresolved traumas.

I am seeing more similarities in my clients’ energy fields and an increasing need for chakra healing.

Chakras are the body’s primary energy centers. Each one corresponds to our physical and emotional well-being, including our beliefs and sense of self. When we are faced with stress and trauma, our chakras become misaligned, displaced, or go missing entirely.

Most commonly, I’m seeing blocks or absences in the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras. These energy centers represent our physicality, vitality, groundedness, relationships, fear, balance, self-esteem, and judgment. I’m also noticing more imbalances on the right side of the body or the masculine side. This is in line with the imbalances in our patriarchal world.

And in times like these, it’s easy to believe that energy work isn’t enough.

But that’s not true.

When I start to feel overwhelmed by what’s happening in the world, I return to the wisdom of Mother Teresa, who reminds us, “Never worry about numbers. Help one person at a time and start with the person nearest you.”

I also find solace when she says, “Do not worry about why problems exist in the world, just respond to people’s needs.”

Those words ground me. They remind me that we don’t need to heal the whole world. We only need to answer the call to help those in front of us and trust that the ripple effect will unfold.

And sometimes that shift begins with just one person in need.

Not long ago, I had a new client who came in carrying years of trauma. She wanted to let go of the past and all its hurts, so she could embrace herself and live authentically.

In our first session, I assessed her energy system and found that her root chakra was missing and her energy field was unstable.

It was clear that even though we were only at the beginning of our work together, I could still provide meaningful chakra repair and stabilization.

I built an energetic scaffold to help stabilize her energy field and requested assistance from her angels and guides to find her missing chakra. Once the root chakra was restored, I followed with a full-body technique to balance and energize her system.

Afterward, my client said she felt wonderful. She told me that she had seen a blue river running through her, washing away the past. She felt lighter. Clearer. Grounded. And left with a sense of peace.

No, I didn’t heal the whole world or end the uncertainty, but I helped one person reconnect to themselves. And that matters more than we often give ourselves credit for.

The work we do as energy healers is more important than ever before. While we may not be able to fix the external world, we can help people find safety, authenticity, and strength within themselves.

And that’s where real, meaningful change begins.

When I do this deep chakra work, I always use what I learned in the Advanced Chakra class. It deepened my understanding of the energy system and taught me the techniques I use to help my clients at a much more advanced level. I have been using these techniques for years, and this year, especially, I’m so thankful I have them at my disposal.

If you’re feeling the call to help those around you with deep, impactful energy healing work, join us this October for our in-person Advanced Chakra course. This immersive weekend is filled with new techniques and demonstrations to help you restore energetic balance in your clients.
