Finding Clarity and Healing in an Uncertain World

I can't speak for other energy practitioners, but I'm seeing more and more people who feel lost, confused, and not grounded. They are often struggling to find clarity or joy in their daily rituals.

Our bodies and energy fields are a microcosm of the world around us, and as the world shifts, so do we.

I see the rising discomfort that people are feeling. Alliances are shifting. Leadership is changing. We're seeing broken promises, broken trade agreements, and war. There's distrust and disinformation around every corner.

Then, Pope Francis, a humble man whose love and devotion garnered respect from people of many faiths worldwide, passed away. His death created a spiritual void for many and brought even more uncertainty about the next pope and the kind of leadership they will bring.

The global chaos is overwhelming and confusing, and our connection to the world can throw our Hara out of balance. It seems like even Mother Earth herself is experiencing a Hara imbalance.

That doesn't mean things are hopeless or that we can't heal ourselves and Mother Earth. We must remember that there is always a silver lining: This won't last forever. It will be through this chaos that we bring healing and change.

When I do energetic assessments for those struggling with the chaos, I find imbalances in their Hara.

So, how do we find our balance?

First, we have to understand what Hara is.

The Hara is the unique energetic presence that you choose to bring with you from the Divine source. The Hara carries all of the lessons and intentions for the evolution of your spirit in this lifetime. This column of light holds the vibration of our intentions, life purpose, and reason for being here as spiritual beings in physical form.

Then, we have to understand how to heal the Hara.

Hara work requires a deep healer/patient relationship. Once that relationship is established, we can start this meaningful work.

When I work on a client's Hara, I'm reminded of my old cardiac days in nursing. Repairing the Hara is like placing a cardiac stent in a blocked artery close to the heart. The cardiac stent unblocks the artery and allows blood to flow to the heart.

Similarly, repairing the Hara enables the flow of energy, and envisioning a stent helps hold the Hara open and mend any small tears. It's a simple explanation for a much more involved process.

The Hara healing process just doesn’t end after a session. I always encourage my clients to spend time alone, reflecting and journaling on the work we have done. Once the Hara is repaired, this period of reflection helps the client reconnect with their life contracts and karma. A follow-up appointment is also scheduled to ensure they are being fully supported.

As an energy practitioner, my role goes beyond just helping my clients. I need to take a step back and look at the connection between myself, my clients, and the world.

In my reflections, I’m reminded of my commitment to healing Mother Earth.

Back in April, we celebrated Earth Day and shared a video about steps to heal the Earth. I also have an Earth healing technique to help clear, repair, and heal Mother Earth.

Instead of getting angry about what's beyond my control, I now pray for greed and power to dissipate and send love to those I disagree with.

Instead of feeling powerless, I use love to change chaos into peace. And I know that when I focus on what I can change, it will always have a ripple effect.

If you're feeling the call to help people find healing through Hara work, I would love for you to join the Master Hara Healing course I’m teaching this September. And if you have any questions, you can reach out to me below.
