Cutting the Ties That Bind and Embracing Our Best Selves

Every year has its ups and downs, but I was recently blessed to have been deeply invigorated and reignited in my passion for energy healing through two incredible classes I taught. Whether it’s helping clients directly, or teaching other energy practitioners, I feel blessed to follow my true passion.

These recent courses reminded me what I love most about sharing this gift with others. Not only am I carrying on the techniques of other masterful energy healers, but I get to help others find healing, empowerment, and community.

One of those classes was Cutting the Ties That Bind (CTTTB), and by the end, I walked away amazed by the depth of the work, as I am every time. Even after teaching it several times, I find myself deeply inspired by the clarity and healing it offers.

CTTTB is a method originally developed by Phyllis Krystal, who then gave permission to Janna Moll to carry this work forward. Janna refined and perfected the group process by creating a safe and supportive space where people could uncover and release the energetic overlays that no longer serve them.

This method uses scripted meditation, rituals, symbols, and techniques to impress positive messages on the subconscious, allowing people to look at the root cause of trauma without reliving it.

I took this class from Janna a few times before stepping into the role of teacher myself. It’s empowering to see how much healing takes place. Students find better communication, clearer boundaries, and the courage to release toxic patterns or relationships.

Around the same time, I also taught an in-person Energy Therapy Advanced course, and what a transformative experience it was! Watching practitioners put in the work, ask deep questions, and trust themselves reminded me why I do all of this in the first place.

Energy Therapy Advanced is designed for those with a solid foundation in energy medicine. In this class, we explored advanced techniques and full-body healing that digs deeper into developing confidence and practical application.

With so much renewed energy and inspiration, I’m planning to add another Energy Therapy Advanced class in 2025. I’m also exploring Zoom-based courses with other people experienced in other energy-healing modalities.

Nothing is set in stone yet, and I’d love your input! I want to know if a virtual or in-person course works better for you. Zoom classes offer convenience, flexibility, and the ability to join from anywhere. But there’s something powerful in gathering in person. Then again, in-person logistics can be tricky. If you have any thoughts or preferences, I truly want to hear from you.

My deepest intention is always the same: to support others on their wellness journey and to train practitioners who will bring health, joy, and healing into the world.

Let’s ignite—or reignite—your passion for healing together.
