Stuck Energy? Imagine How to Get Unstuck

Have you noticed an uptick in clients who seem stuck? Does it seem to take longer to help them get energized? Or are you feeling that way?

During the pandemic, most of us felt stuck. Some people felt stuck at home, while nurses, healthcare professionals, and service people, among others, wished for the opportunity to stay home for a while. We were stuck in the cycle of caring for others during very uncertain times.

With the pandemic and social distancing is mostly behind us, we’ve developed a new normal. Now, hopefully, when we are sick, we have learned to stay home so we don’t spread germs. Or, at least wear masks while sick to help others stay healthy.

Even though most people are out and about without masks, I’ve noticed a trend in my clients who report they feel “stuck”. They don’t know why they are stuck, but they need help to get moving again.

As you can imagine, the pattern I’ve noticed with people who are stuck is a compromise in the physical chakras: root, sacral, and/or solar plexus. The energy field is small, has a void, and/or is dense as if they were mired down. I chose one of the many full-body techniques to reenergize the chakras and balance the energy field. The Energy Field Repatterning is an excellent technique that connects the chakras to the energy fields.

Have you seen stuck clients in your practice lately?

Working with these clients to get “unstuck” has required extra time and effort. I used techniques to help energize and balance their energy system, but it took longer than usual to achieve.

In cases like this, the growth work I advise is to make a change in their daily routine, adding in something new to help get them out of their rut. You might also try an inner child meditation(what did you love, dream of, or want as a kid), earthing, a walking meditation, or try a new activity/sport/exercise class/craft. Sometimes finding that something new requires us to imagine that healthy change is possible—and welcome.

What I see “on my table” has me considering why are people feeling stuck. I looked around at what’s going on in the country and the world. It seems as if we are all stuck in the same cycle: the news is the same, and the situations are similar. Our locations may be different, but we have the same scenarios.

So, what else can we do to become unstuck?

I recently heard a politician state, “It won’t be long and the youth will be voting. The youth will bring the change that is needed for this country to move forward.” This statement takes me back to the ’60s. Similar issues were in the news, including abortion, women’s rights, civil unrest, and racism. People said, “Change is coming, and the youth are going to lead the way.” We saw it with Woodstock, the flower children. We saw the fashions change. We saw TV shows like Laugh-In and All in the Family change to include more diverse topics. Eventually, change did occur. The world has repeated this pattern. Until now.

The statement—change is coming—provides me with hope. I think hope is what has been lacking for so many months and years. We have been stuck in this tumultuous time of the pandemic feeling unsure of the future.

Change is coming. Anytime change occurs, there has to be a time of chaos before peace is achieved. We are currently stuck in the midst of chaos. Change and therefore peace is on our doorstep.

Let us be the change agents, along with our youth, to bring the much-needed change and peace

Some may say such thinking is naive. I am a firm believer that if enough of us unite, we can and we will manifest peace. I challenge each and every one of us to become an agent for peace. Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me.

3 Questions for your journaling consideration:

  1. What would help you accept the challenge to be a change agent for peace?

  2. In what ways, if any, are you seeing where you may be stuck?

  3. Are there any changes to make in your routine to prevent being stuck?

I will end with the lyrics of the John Lennon song “Imagine” and a link where you can listen. https://youtu.be/rAn-AWXtHv0

Imagine there's no heaven, It’s easy if you try
No hell below us, Above us, only sky.

Imagine all the people, Livin’ for today
Imagine there's no countries, It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for, And no religion, too

Imagine all the people, Livin’ life in peace
You may say I'm a dreamer, But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us, And the world will be as one

Imagine no possessions, I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger, A brotherhood of man

Imagine all the people, Sharing all the world
You may say I'm a dreamer, But I'm not the only one

I hope someday you'll join us, And the world will live as one
Won’t you join us?

Feel the Healing Energy of
Self-Awareness

Our next community support meeting will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 at 5 pm PT / 6 pm MT / 7 pm CT / 8 pm ET.

This event is part of our commitment at Energy Medicine Specialists to energetically support you in developing your practice and personal well-being as a healer.

Rather than a guest speaker this month, we will tap into the healing power of self-awareness with a special meditation. We’ll also explore why self-awareness matters as a point of self-care and professional practice. You’re welcome to share your stories, too.

Register in advance for this meeting. After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a link to join the meeting. We will also send you a reminder link on the day of the event. If you can't attend in person, you can still register to get a recording of the call.

Consider this a monthly self-care, support, and networking call! You are part of the Energy Medicine Specialists community!
