This workshop is an advanced level course for the Energy Medicine Practitioner. It includes in-depth information on assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the Hara energy, development of intuition, trauma work, voice guidance, self healing and self development.

Hara Course Objectives:
- Diagram and dissect Hara points and Core Star.
- Assessment of the Hara using pendulum technique.
- Experience of healing from two roles: practitioner and client.
- Perform a Hara re-patterning technique.
- Learn about Hara Compromise expressions.
- Learn about Trauma relationship to the Hara.
- Dimensionality of the Hara and its relationship to Chakras, Meridians, and Matrix.
- Practice techniques to stabilize the Hara.

- Definition and practice of distant viewing.
- Hara Pendulum assessment and practice.
- Hara documentation.
- Hara Re-patterning Technique and practice.
- Specific Compromises of the Hara.
